Throughout these Terms, “AceBGCSE”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers strictly to Ace Digital Technologies (Pty) Ltd.
By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, or accessing any materials on the AceBGCSE platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
AceBGCSE provides online BGCSE digital revision notes, mock assessment tools, performance metrics tracking, and associated structural study utilities.
We reserve the absolute right to update, change, modify, or discontinue any feature, course module, or platform layout element at any time without prior notice to optimize student performance.
To access premium study features, you are required to register an account.
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration; maintain the strict confidentiality of your account login credentials; and accept full accountability for all actions performed under your user account profile.
AceBGCSE reserves the right to terminate, restrict, or suspend any profile found to be sharing access credentials or violating network protocols.
Access to premium academic objectives is billed on a recurring subscription model. The core service fee is explicitly set at BWP 95.00 per month. Prices are subject to adjustment with reasonable advance notice on the platform, and any modifications will apply solely to future renewal cycles.
AceBGCSE provides an automatic three (3) day free trial window for initial user validation. Users retain full responsibility to cancel the trial period prior to the end of the third day if they do not wish to continue. Unless cancelled before the countdown concludes, a paid monthly subscription will automatically activate, and billing will execute.
Users can terminate their subscription cycles at any time through their dashboard settings panel. Upon processing a cancellation, access will remain uninterrupted until the exact conclusion of the current prepaid billing period. Past payments remain non-refundable except where mandated by applicable consumer law.
Users are strictly prohibited from executing the following behaviors:
All content blocks hosted on AceBGCSE—including physics text notes, practice questions, layout formatting, accent styles, branding elements, and backend source files—remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ace Digital Technologies (Pty) Ltd.
Access grants a limited, personal, non-transferable study license for individual exam revision only.
AceBGCSE functions as a supplementary academic support framework. We provide highly accurate, exam-aligned reference material, but we do not guarantee specific BGCSE grade outcomes or definite percentage increases.
Academic results depend entirely on individual student application, external conditions, and study schedules.
We make every effort to maintain uninterrupted operational access to our platform dashboards. However, we do not guarantee error-free continuity.
Scheduled system maintenance, server adjustments, or regional telecommunications issues may result in temporary system offline states.
To the maximum extent permitted under Botswana law, Ace Digital Technologies (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect losses, exam registration outcomes, or cumulative damages arising out of a student's reliance on or temporary inability to access our digital services.
We reserve the right to suspend platform profiles immediately if these Terms are violated or if account fraud is identified.
You may close your account and discontinue utilizing our workspace whenever you choose.
We update these structural operating rules periodically.
Continued utilization of your student login center following any modifications constitutes full acceptance of the newly published text layouts.
These Terms of Service are constructed, interpreted, and governed entirely in accordance with the statutory laws of the Republic of Botswana.
