Eligible Premium card subscriptions renew every 30 days
Eligible students can claim a one-time three-day Premium trial without a card. Trial expiry stops free access without any charge. The student must choose and complete a paid checkout to continue. If you later choose Premium and complete an eligible card checkout, DPO securely tokenises the card and AceBGCSE may charge P95 every 30 days until you cancel future renewals. The P520 six-month plan is prepaid and does not automatically renew.

Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, accessing AceBGCSE or purchasing Premium access, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy and Refund & Cancellation policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service or complete a payment.

The service
AceBGCSE provides digital Botswana BGCSE revision support, including subject pages, objective-based notes, study navigation, account tools and related learning features. Available subjects and features may change as the platform develops.
Physics is currently available. Further subjects are planned for staged release, but planned release dates are not a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Accounts and security
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password, verification codes and account access secure. Accounts are for individual use and may currently be used on up to two active devices.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Three-day free trial
Eligible student accounts can activate one optional 72-hour free trial without providing a payment card. The recorded trial begins only when it is explicitly claimed; existing claimed trials keep their original expiry and cannot be restarted.
When the trial ends, full lessons lock and a student may browse subject previews or choose a paid plan. Trial expiry does not initiate any payment or recurring subscription. Trial downloads may be restricted.

Premium access and payments
6.1 Price and duration
Premium costs BWP 95.00 for 30 days, or BWP 520.00 once for 6 months. The six-month plan is prepaid and does not automatically renew. Prices are shown before checkout and may change for future purchases after notice on the platform.
6.2 Deliberate checkout
The first payment is initiated when a signed-in user chooses a plan and completes DPO’s hosted checkout. Eligible P95 card subscriptions may renew every 30 days after the user accepts recurring-payment consent, until future renewals are cancelled. The P520 six-month plan is prepaid and does not automatically renew.
6.3 Renewal and cancellation
Users can cancel future eligible card renewals. Cancellation does not remove access already paid for. A prepaid plan can be renewed by completing another checkout after its paid period.
6.4 Payment provider
DPO Pay processes the hosted checkout. AceBGCSE does not ask users to enter payment-card details on the AceBGCSE website; payment is handled on DPO's hosted checkout.

Payment verification and digital delivery
Premium access is activated only after the transaction is verified server-side. A successful browser redirect or payment-page message alone is not sufficient.
The paid period begins from the verified payment time and is recorded against the authenticated account. If DPO confirms payment but access is not activated, contact support and do not repeat the payment unless instructed.

Acceptable use
- Do not share, sell, lease or transfer account access.
- Do not scrape, reproduce, republish or commercially distribute AceBGCSE content without written permission.
- Do not bypass access controls, device limits, payment checks or security measures.
- Do not interfere with the service, upload malicious code or use the platform unlawfully.

Intellectual property
AceBGCSE branding, original notes, practice materials, page structures, software and other original platform content are owned by Ace Digital Technologies (Pty) Ltd or used with permission. Access grants a limited, personal, non-transferable study licence, not ownership.

Educational disclaimer
AceBGCSE is supplementary educational support. We aim for accurate and useful material but do not guarantee a particular examination result, grade, admission outcome or improvement. Students remain responsible for their study decisions and official examination requirements.

Service availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, hosting incidents, telecommunications failures and third-party services may cause temporary interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by Botswana law, Ace Digital Technologies (Pty) Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from temporary unavailability or reliance on educational content.

Suspension, termination and account closure
We may restrict or suspend accounts involved in fraud, payment abuse, credential sharing, security attacks or serious violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service and request account assistance through support.
Closing an account does not automatically create a refund entitlement for a paid digital access period.

Changes to the service or these Terms
We may update features, prices and these Terms. Material payment changes will be shown before a future purchase. Updated Terms become effective when published with a revised effective date.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
